Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States. ReDiscover will not sponsor applicants for work visas
  • While this role is hybrid/remote, applicants must be willing to relocate or live within the Kansas City Metro area.
  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience in behavioral health or a health-related field is required.
  • Experience with creating pivot tables and writing formulas in Excel is required.
  • Intermediate computer skills in typing/keyboarding, Microsoft Word, and Excel programs as well as the use of email.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with survey design is preferred.
  • Experience with using SQL is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage data collection activities, ensuring consistency and accuracy across programs.
  • Maintain routine data collection processes that meet accreditation and sample size requirements.
  • Review data collection tools and forms for completeness and quality.
  • Analyze data to support internal reporting and external stakeholder needs.
  • Create and format technical reports, including clear charts, graphs, and visual summaries.
  • Respond to ad hoc data requests from programs, agency leadership, and County/State partners.
  • Conduct internet research and literature reviews to support reporting and program needs.
  • Attend program, workgroup, and committee meetings as assigned.
  • Safely manage and protect confidential and Protected Health Information (PHI), including scanning, uploading, and maintaining records in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
  • Complete required trainings and onboarding activities.
  • Provide general administrative and program support as needed.
