About The Position
The Quality Improvement Specialist is responsible for conducting, coordinating, and monitoring quality activities and initiatives within a health plan. This role focuses on evaluating member and patient care services, analyzing findings, and recommending performance improvement initiatives. The specialist will work to enhance HEDIS/QARR, Star ratings, and compliance with regulatory requirements, all while collaborating with clinical management and participating in quality improvement projects.
