This is a hybrid role, with onsite work averaging three days per week at Royal Oak Hospital. While primarily based at Royal Oak, this corporate position may require periodic travel to other Corewell Health East sites to collaborate on quality and patient safety initiatives. Job Summary Drives projects throughout the organization including both clinical and non-clinical areas to accomplish measurable quality improvement. Work assignments are typically more complex involving multi-disciplinary teams. Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing processes and drives sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable quality improvement. Collects and analyzes process and/or quality data to initiate, develop, and influence operational practices and procedures that focus on enhanced quality outcomes. Facilitates large improvement projects in coordination with leaders and providers to drive continuous improvement. Flexible in adapting to changing priorities. Mentors colleagues in improvement science application across the organization. Drives strategic quality goal setting to influence strategic priorities.
