About The Position

Headquartered in North Carolinas Research Triangle, we offer an array of quality improvement, clinical review, audit, technical, and consulting services and solutions to improve care delivery, system performance, and patient outcomes. We are seeking an experienced professional in nursing home operations and quality improvement to join our team as a Nursing Home Quality Improvement Specialist. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in nursing home administration, clinical leadership, or corporate support, who have a deep understanding of nursing home operations driving quality outcomes. As a Quality Improvement Specialist, you will consult with nursing homes and skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) on initiatives supporting operations, implement evidence-based strategies and drive measurable improvements in care delivery.
