The Quality Improvement Program (QIP) Assistant supports the clinic’s Quality Improvement initiatives by conducting patient and staff outreach and maintaining accurate tracking of outreach attempts. This role works collaboratively with the QIP team to communicate progress in scheduling and outreach. This position has minimal compliance responsibilities and is primarily focused on quality improvement outreach, tracking, communication, and follow-through.
