The QIP Assistant Manager supports the clinic’s Quality Improvement Program (QIP) by coordinating pediatric and preventive quality measures, assisting with HEDIS tracking, supporting outreach and follow-up for families, maintaining quality data and reports, and serving as a liaison for payer quality initiatives. This role focuses on operational execution, coordination, documentation, and communication related to quality improvement initiatives across pediatric, preventive, and chronic care measures. The QIP Assistant Manager works closely with the QIP manager, front-desk teams, and external partners to support quality outcomes while maintaining organized and accurate reporting systems.
