About The Position

The Quality Improvement Manager will lead and manage the Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) program in partnership with executive leadership and Medical QI Coordinators. This role involves providing direct supervision, professional development, and project oversight for QI Coordinators. The manager will facilitate QI committees and staff quality meetings, oversee QI and Health Information Technology (HIT) projects, and ensure timely data reporting and analysis in collaboration with IT and clinical teams. The position also includes developing QI training, codifying data logic, supporting grant writing, and maintaining compliance with internal policies and external reporting requirements (e.g., UDS, OSHPD).
