About The Position
The Medicare Provider Relations Star Specialist is responsible for overseeing, organizing, and monitoring Medicare Star Program projects while fostering strong relationships with internal and external partners. This role ensures the development and execution of integrated processes and systems that align with the goals of the Star program and support organizational objectives. The specialist will coordinate projects with network management, facilitate information exchange between the Star team and provider network, and support improvement activities within the Medicare Star program, including project management, process improvement, and campaign coordination.
