The Quality Improvement Coordinator reports to the Director of Compliance and Clinical Evaluation and provides operational, data integrity, and quality improvement support to Behavioral Health Link’s Mobile Crisis Services. This position is responsible for collecting, validating, monitoring, and reporting data to support compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements established by the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD). The role focuses on execution, documentation, and coordination of quality improvement activities under established guidelines and supervisory direction.
