About The Position

Responsible for assisting in the collection, analysis, and monitoring of data used to assess compliance with regulatory requirements, operations, and policies within the Radiology Department. Provides clerical and administrative support within a team environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

  • medical or hospital experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • General understanding of medical terminology and EMR systems
  • Supports quality improvement and compliance initiatives
  • Identifies compliance gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Assists with performance improvement projects
  • Answers phones professionally and courteously
  • Takes messages and communicates information appropriately
  • Communicates effectively with internal and external customers
  • Serves as department receptionist and supports visitors
  • Maintains confidentiality
  • Attends meetings and required trainings
  • Demonstrates strong customer service skills
