About The Position

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional with strong experience in data reporting, project management, and healthcare systems tools. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Clarity and demonstrated experience working with intermediate-level SQL, as SQL will be the primary tool used in this role. Experience with SAS is also acceptable, though SQL proficiency is strongly preferred. This individual should have a proven ability to manage multiple moderate- to high-complexity projects simultaneously, balancing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Tableau is preferred, particularly in developing dashboards and data visualizations that support business decisions. However, candidates with strong Power BI experience will also be considered. The successful candidate will combine strong technical reporting skills with excellent project coordination abilities and the capacity to translate data into meaningful operational insights.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in healthcare, computer science, nursing, or mathematics
  • 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Equivalent years of work experience may substitute for educational requirements.
  • Experience in data reporting

  • Understanding of Clarity

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and automate clinical quality and performance metrics. Maintain knowledge base of data requirements and measure definitions.
  • Serve as a content expert for clinical quality measures by keeping current with national healthcare quality program guidelines.
  • Implements analytic approaches and technical methodology under supervision; executes work plan tasks as assigned.
  • Uses judgement to distinguish relevant from irrelevant information.
  • Uses factual data to produce and deliver credible and understandable reports.
  • Participate on multi-disciplinary teams and provide comprehensive analytical support for clinical performance improvement initiatives.
  • Extract, validate and summarize data from different large databases using data management and querying skills.
  • Analyze and organize data using appropriate analytical and statistical methods to efficiently track clinical processes and outcomes.
  • Assist in the interpretation of data to identify opportunities for improved healthcare delivery.
  • Participate in special projects as needed.
  • May provide mentoring and guidance to less experienced staff.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
