Your Role at Delta Faucet The Quality Group Leader plays a key role in leading the shift-based quality team and building strong cross-functional relationships. This role blends daily floor support with ownership of audits, control plans, and supplier issues. Success in this role requires more than just technical know-how. The ideal candidate can balance quality standards with operational impact, think through the broader consequences of decisions, and collaborate closely with Production Group Leaders to align on practical, sustainable solutions. This position requires a flexible schedule with leadership presence across all three shifts and occasional weekend support based on operational needs. This role will have oversight of quality team leaders and auditors.
