Conduct and oversee required audits (weight/grade, metal detector, HACCP, and quality systems) and maintain accurate documentation and reporting. Monitor sampling programs, environmental testing, and production trends, communicating issues and supporting corrective actions with Operations and Quality teams. Promote GMP compliance, safety practices, continuous improvement, and help deliver the highest quality finished product. Your profile What qualifications and skills do I need to be successful? 5+ years of experience in food safety, quality assurance, or food manufacturing leadership (produce or frozen foods a plus). Hands-on experience with food safety and quality programs such as GMP, HACCP, audits, microbiology, and customer/USDA standards. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to train, coach, and support team success. Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google tools, and quality documentation systems. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment with frequent standing/walking and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. Come grow with Nortera! Requirements
