About The Position

SAIC is seeking a Quality Focal Point in Crane, Indiana. The role involves establishing documentation and guiding the quality program for the organization, ensuring that all elements of the ISO 9001 are implemented and met. This includes performing and supporting the identification, definition, documentation, use, and updates of functional and organizational processes and procedures. Additionally, the position requires generating and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) for processes and standard quality functions such as document control, customer satisfaction, metrics, risk management, and others as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and zero (0) years of relevant experience; 4 years of additional experience in lieu of a degree.
• Active Secret clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
• Ability to communicate across a wide range of mediums and personnel.
• Must obtain full NSWC Crane QFP certifications within 18 months of appointment.
• Expected to begin performance with a basic foundation of the ISO 9001: 2015 standard.
• Provide personnel with quality experience including training/certification in the ISO Lead Auditor standard.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience with QFP responsibilities.
• Technical Writing experience.
