About The Position
The position involves overseeing quality assurance, compliance, and accreditation processes within the agency. The individual will implement and maintain a comprehensive quality assurance system, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and standards across all services and sites. Responsibilities include monitoring quality assurance results, providing leadership and training to QA staff, and conducting various reviews to identify compliance vulnerabilities. The role also requires coordination with various departments to develop and implement revised policies and procedures, as well as maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Additionally, the individual will serve as a liaison for quality audits and manage accreditation activities to maintain CQL accreditation status.
