In this position... The System Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer for Battery Pack Manufacturing will be a critical member of our team, responsible for ensuring the highest quality, reliability, and safety of our battery packs and their associated manufacturing processes. This role involves developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive quality strategies, test plans, and complete procedures for battery packs. The SQA Engineer will work closely with design, battery manufacturing, and production teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensure compliance with stringent automotive and battery industry standards, and drive continuous improvement in our state-of-the-art battery pack plant.
