Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Quality Engineering Manager in Atlanta, GA. The Quality Engineering Manager will be responsible for designing and maintaining a master test plan that encompasses test strategy for functional and end-to-end testing, test environments, and automation approach. The role involves defining test models (plans, data, scripts, and expected results) and entry/exit criteria, driving quality testing solutions by planning and constructing test scripts through the use of quality processes and methodologies for Accenture or its clients. The manager will define, track, and publish test metrics, including code coverage, quality, and performance to the team and client, and execute testing efforts by delivering application and component releases. Additionally, the role includes coordinating and executing regression testing, test automation, performance testing, functionality, and user acceptance testing, determining and meeting time estimates and schedules for testing efforts, and developing, updating, and maintaining quality testing standards and procedures. The Quality Engineering Manager will lead others on the testing team, manage process questions and issues, optimize processes and methods to deliver quality work, allocate test resources, and guide on priorities to application tests in a multi-test environment and different testing phases. The position requires independent decision-making that impacts the team through regular consultation with senior management and adherence to strategic direction provided.
