Lead the activities related to quality assurance and quality control inspection and testing of materials, parts, and products to ensure adherence to established standards within Honeywell Aerospace. Responsible for all activities involving quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. You will develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures and material control systems. You will ensure that quality in being maintained in all factors involved in production and ensure compliance to all regulatory and quality management system requirements. You will be accountable for building up the functional excellence to support business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of experience in manufacturing or repair/overhaul environment.
• Must be a US Citizen due to contractual obligations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities related to quality assurance and quality control inspection and testing of materials, parts, and products.

• Ensure compliance to all regulatory and quality management system requirements.
• Accountable for building up functional excellence to support business objectives.
• Coach and develop team members.
• Lead improvement initiatives.
• Work on cross-functional teams.
• Revise processes and procedures.
• Lead audits.
• Responsible for overall compliance to Regulatory and AS9100 requirements.
• Issue corrective actions.
• Manage customer and supplier relations.
• Process defective material.
• Create processes and procedures.
