About The Position
The Quality & Engineering Manager directs the engineering functions of the facility, managing resources as necessary to ensure the completion of engineering projects and tasks in a manner which best fulfills the organization's safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency goals; overseeing the creation and revision of quality standards for the organization and ensure that its employees and operational procedures meet these standards; as well as championing process-improvement initiatives, to satisfy regulatory and customers' requirements and expectations.
