Work you'll do: You will bring considerable technical, functional and product quality engineering expertise to deliver effective solutions to clients, with some experience in the life sciences healthcare space (LSHC). Lead testing engagement planning and budgeting; mobilize and manage engagement teams, define deliverable structure and content, facilitate the buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels and direct on-time, quality delivery of work, managing engagement economics and risk. Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients, vendors, sponsors. Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients in the LSHC space, organize and lead pursuit teams, participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Develop “thoughtware” and “point-of-view” documents related to health tech quality engineering practices, participate in speaking events, get published in industry periodicals around the quality engineering health space. Perform the role of counsellor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process, actively participate in recruitment and retention activities, provide leadership and support for delivery teams and local office staff.
