About The Position

Gain firsthand experience with the challenges of the aerospace industry and quality engineering, while contributing to meaningful business improvements. Complete operational tasks and project-based work. Maintain a safe and clean work area. Work cooperatively with other employees to meet department and company goals. Present your work and learning outcomes to management at the end of the internship. This internship also serves as a gateway to full-time employment, and we're looking for students who are excited about continuing their journey with us after graduation. Full-time employment is not guaranteed and will depend on individual performance during the internship as well as the company's evolving business needs.

Requirements

• Enrolled in a degree program in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Passion for quality engineering and aerospace manufacturing.
• Excellent computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to compile information and make sound decisions.
• Ability to work with deadlines, sense of urgency as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
