About The Position
The Quality Engineer at Flex will be responsible for maintaining quality engineering programs, standards, and improvements within the organization. This role involves developing and implementing quality inspection and testing standards, managing discrepant materials, and ensuring compliance with customer-specific requirements, particularly for Ford and GM. The Quality Engineer will collaborate with various teams to uphold product quality and integrity, conduct training, and initiate corrective actions as necessary.
