Caterpillar Inc. is hiring two Quality Engineers, one focused on Manufacturing and the other on Supply Chain. In these roles, you will play a key part in ensuring product and process excellence by developing deep expertise in quality standards, conducting audits, analyzing data, and driving continues improvement initiatives. The Manufacturing Quality Engineer will focus on optimizing production processes and product integrity, while the Supply Chain Quality Engineer will enhance supplier quality and reliability. Both positions involve monitoring compliance, recommending process improvements, and leading investigations to implement effective quality solutions.
