About The Position

AVL Maroc SARL AU offers a job in Morocco (MA) as a Quality Engineer. The position involves ensuring the implementation of effective client protection solutions, monitoring their durability and effectiveness, and guaranteeing timely responses to clients. The role includes piloting critical issues, standardizing solutions, and reporting on activities that may impact costs. Collaboration with various functions is essential to meet quality objectives determined by client plants.

Requirements

• Knowledge in problem solving tools, such as Control Plan, Ishikawa, IS /IS NOT, 5M, 5 WHY, Risk assessment.
• Ability to synthesize, rigor, and pragmatism when presenting any topic in front of different Committees.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Competence in piloting cross-cutting animations.
• Know how to be and perform with clients in adverse situations.
• Proficiency in office automation at user level.
• English; French and/or Spanish (is a plus)

Responsibilities

• Identify weaknesses and drifts, alert and ensure the implementation of a reactive and effective client protection or reactive solution.
• Ensuring the application of the final solution at the client plant and monitoring its durability and effectiveness.
• To guarantee the response to the client in time and on time.
• Piloting of critical issues and cross-cutting issues ensuring timely implementation of actions by different stakeholders.
• Monitor and escalate to the appropriate instances, response, recurrence and blocking points.
• Standardization, mainstreaming and capitalization of solutions eradication or improvement solutions, in plants within its perimeter.
• Realization of the synthesis of incidentology impacting its perimeter.
• Escalation of quality problems with potential production or product blockage at the customer plant.
• Piloting, animation, monitoring and reporting of any activity in the client's plant that may have an impact on cost.
• Work in transversal with the rest of the functions necessary for the realization of the activity in time and quality required (manufacturing, logistics, product and process engineering, purchasing, supplier quality, customer quality).
• Fulfillment of quality objectives determined by the client plants.
