Serve as the primary quality point of contact for products during the installation phase. Manage Action required (AR's) investigations issues reported by installation teams. Facilitate FA/DOA meetings and drive manufacturing teams to complete 8D reports Ability to perform parts transaction investigations within the ERP system (SAP) Own factory calibration schedule for tooling and special equipment to ensure compliance with ISO standards. Act as the primary point of contact for updates and maintenance of KLA’s quality data management system (eQuality). Demonstrated proficiency in documentation, reporting, and data analysis tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI). Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines. This role focuses on KLA’s internal quality systems and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.

Requirements

  • Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary quality point of contact for products during the installation phase.
