This role is onsite at Bell’s headquarters in Fort Worth, TX Quality Operations Quality engineering in manufacturing planning proactively ensures product excellence by integrating quality standards, testing protocols, and risk mitigation early in the development lifecycle. They define specifications, create control plans, and optimize processes to reduce defects, manage supplier quality, and meet regulatory requirements, preventing costly issues before production begins. Bring your experience and data driven thinking, collaborative spirit, and innovative ideas to help us ensure product safety and reliability, customer safety and satisfaction, and compliance to quality standards and regulatory requirements. The Quality Engineer performs multi-faceted Quality department and program QE assignments across military and commercial programs, requiring interactions with Supplier Quality Assurance, enterprise factories and facilities, and various engineering and other departments. The Quality Engineer will support cross functional teams in preventive, corrective, and continuous improvement projects that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
