About The Position

1. Support customer in times of quality issues, involving completing necessary documentation, countermeasure replies and QPR replies. 2. Support customer in times of special requests not directly related to quality issues, test schedule for gathering data for field issues/questions. 3. Updating relevant QA documentation, logs and forms. 4. Prepare and submit process change request packages to the customer. 5. Prepare and submit customer specific APQP documentation. 6. Support manufacturing line during new start up, including reviewing final inspection documents and making disposition of finished goods. 7. Coordinate cross functional team meetings for quality related issues both internal and external. 8. Miscellaneous activities.
