Here, you will make an impact by: Leading and supporting investigations and projects to address root causes of nonconformances. Participating in rebranding activities at the plant. Ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations. Being a critical team member in service execution. Working with supplier quality and vendors to ensure conforming input material is delivered to the manufacturing lines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) OR High School Diploma/GED AND four (4) years of quality manufacturing experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Microbiology (completed and verified prior to start)
  • Experience in microbiology lab/setting
  • Experience working in a manufacturing facility
  • Proficiency in written and oral communication skills
  • Root cause investigation and CAPA experience
  • Team and/or project leadership experience
  • Skills including organization, resilience, collaboration, and curiosity
