About The Position

You will be the Quality Engineer for the Quality Engineering Team. Our team is responsible for ensuring product excellence through rigorous audits, root‑cause analysis, and continuous improvement. Requirements

  • STEM degree at the Bachelor's level or above, or equivalent experience/combined education.
  • Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance and must have an interim clearance prior to starting.
  • Candidate must be able to pass a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (“ATF”) background check to obtain approval to be an “employee possessor” (of explosives or other ATF-regulated items) as defined by ATF regulations. Failure to obtain and retain employee possessor status may result in revocation of an offer and loss of employment.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T).
  • Experience with SAP, Windchill, MPMLink

Responsibilities

  • Interface with Production, Program Quality Engineering, and Manufacturing Engineering personnel.
  • Investigate non‑conformance issues and develop root‑cause corrective actions.
  • Conduct Hardware Quality Audits (HQAs) and Foreign Object Elimination (FOE) walk‑downs.
  • Perform product, process, and surveillance audits to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Implement corrective and preventive measures based on audit findings.
