Are you ready to go beyond? What You Will Do: The Quality Engineer will support the Middletown, CT Engine Center for P&W Operations by serving as quality support working with Engineering, Customer Support, Procurement, and other functional disciplines to drive the quality signature in support of product delivery for critical high precision engine components. Execute day-to-day quality and production deliverables and initiatives, to include prioritization and completion of parts in the PDC Quality Clinic or MRB areas. Interface with various Engineering, Operations, and Materials groups to resolve technical/quality issues Investigate and analyze any hardware/assembly concerns causing quality and delivery issues by reviewing procedures, specifications, instructions, processes, and equipment to ensure compliance to applicable drawing, specifications, and standards in an effort to resolve Quality and Delivery concerns. Generate, maintain, and provide quality metrics to the P&W Management team and oversee quality improvement programs.
