The Boeing Company is looking for a Quality Engineer to join the Innovation Quality team. team in Berkeley, MO. Boeing is seeking experienced Quality Engineers to join our Boeing Technology Innovation Quality team. The successful candidates will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality standards in our research and technology initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that shape the future of aerospace technology.

  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and manufacturing processes.
  • Perform audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of quality management systems.
  • Analyze data and metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers in quality engineering practices and methodologies.
  • Prepare and present quality reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in quality engineering or a related discipline.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100)
  • Experience with Excel macros for data analysis and automation.
  • Proficiency in website and database development.
  • Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL) is a plus.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
