The individual we are looking for has at least four years of experience in a quality engineer or quality support role, is detail oriented, motivated, and a self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills. This person also has the ability to effectively interact with customers, has experience with developing quality control plans, performing mechanical inspections using a variety of hand gauges, has knowledge of GD&T, and has been exposed to quality tools (capability studies, SPC, problem solving, corrective actions, etc.). The exact salary may be determined on a combination of factors including the candidate's knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, and education.
