Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field.
• 5+ years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven success with Lean, Six Sigma, or structured continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action.

Nice To Haves

• ASQ certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust quality standards, controls, and inspection procedures.
• Lead improvements in First Pass Yield and in-process quality performance.
• Analyze KPI and warranty data to drive corrective actions and reduce claims.
• Partner with suppliers to resolve nonconformances and elevate supplier performance.
• Champion the Quality Management System and serve as quality liaison for key customers.
• Support product testing, compliance initiatives, and calibration programs.
• Lead cross-functional root cause and problem-solving initiatives.
