Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (completed and verified prior to start)
(1) one years of quality manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment OR High School Diploma/GED AND four (4) years of quality manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Proficiency in written and oral communication skills
Root cause investigation and CAPA experience
Team and/or project leadership experience
Skills including organization, resilience, collaboration, and curiosity

Responsibilities

Leading and supporting investigations and projects to address root causes of nonconformances.
Participating in rebranding activities at the plant.
Ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
Being a critical team member in service execution.
Working with supplier quality and vendors to ensure conforming input material is delivered to the manufacturing lines.
