Job Summary The Quality Engineer will be based in Austin, Tx , reporting to Quality Manager . In this role, you will be maintaining quality engineering programs, standards and improvements within the organization.

Requirements

Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
2 years of quality experince
1+ years of medical device experince (ISO13485)
Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint experience

Responsibilities

Ensure inspection plans align with production timelines and customer requirements.
Act as the primary point of contact for inspection-related issues.
Investigate and resolve escalations promptly to minimize delays and maintain compliance.
Monitor inspection progress and proactively address bottlenecks.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely execution.
Maintain accurate records of inspection activities in the tracking system.
Generate daily/weekly reports on inspection performance and key metrics.
Verify that all inspection reports, checklists, and related documents meet company and regulatory requirements.
Audit documentation for completeness and accuracy.
Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements.
Support training initiatives for inspectors and related personnel.
