Primary Responsibilities Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, API Q1, ASTM, and customer quality requirements Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) and related documentation Lead internal, process, and product audits; support customer and third-party audits Analyze quality data, trends, NCRs, and CPARs to drive corrective and preventive actions Collaborate with operations, engineering, and suppliers to support continuous improvement initiatives Job Duties Develop and maintain quality procedures, work instructions, inspection plans, and records Conduct PFMEA/DFMEA, MSA, SPC, and process capability studies Manage calibration programs, gauge R&R activities, and inspection equipment Investigate nonconformances, validate corrective actions, and prevent recurrence Develop inspection methods for receiving, in-process, and final inspections Support training activities and maintain training records and matrices Participate in Management of Change (MOC), risk assessments, and management reviews Prepare quality metrics related to scrap, rework, and customer escapes Comply with all safety requirements and wear appropriate PPE in manufacturing area Up to 10% domestic travel may be required
