You will be the Quality Engineer for the PAC‑3 Missile and Launcher Evolutionary Development and Transition to Production team. Our team is responsible for delivering cutting‑edge missile and launcher solutions that meet rigorous quality and performance standards. What You Will Be Doing As the Quality Engineer you will be responsible for leading quality initiatives across the program, partnering with engineering, manufacturing, subcontracting, program management, suppliers, and the customer to ensure quality objectives are met throughout development, testing, and transition to production. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Implementing and tracking quality requirements, reducing design and process risk, and driving closure of non‑conformance reports. Root cause investigations and coordinating corrective actions to prevent test failures, ensure manufacturability, meet development process requirements and schedule deadlines, and enable a seamless transition to production. Support engineering with development of Standard Operating Procedures for development builds and testing, and reviewing process records to confirm compliance to requirements. Providing technical liaison support for quality engineering matters, including flight‑test participation and Earned Value Control Account Management. Collaborate with cross-functional peers to ensure all quality requirements are proactively worked and completed in a timely fashion with precision. Preparing program presentations for senior leaders and customers, and contributing to strategic quality initiatives.
