Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. LEVEL I Estimated annual base pay: $62,000.00(minimum) - $81,000.00(midpoint) - $99,000.00(maximum) LEVEL II Estimated annual base pay: $75,000.00 (minimum) - $97,000.00 (midpoint) – $120,000.00 (maximum) All Levels are eligible for the benefits below: All members included in annual cash bonus opportunity. 401(k) match (4.5%) Annual Woodward stock contribution (5%) Tuition reimbursement and Training/Professional Development opportunities for all members 12 paid holidays, including floating holidays. Requirements

  • Quality Assurance Procedures: Knowledgeable in executing standard quality assurance protocols to maintain product standards.
  • Data Collection: Skilled in gathering relevant data for quality assessment and reporting purposes.
  • Technical Documentation: Proficient in creating and maintaining detailed quality documentation and records.
  • Attention to Detail: Highly attentive to identifying defects and ensuring compliance with quality specifications.
  • Problem Solving: Able to apply existing procedures to troubleshoot and resolve routine quality issues.
  • Communication: Effective in conveying information clearly and verifying understanding during interactions.
  • Quality Standards: Familiar with industry quality standards and able to apply them in daily tasks.
  • Reporting: Competent in preparing accurate and timely quality reports for review by senior staff.
  • Teamwork: Capable of collaborating with team members to achieve quality goals within standardized processes.
  • Time Management: Efficient in managing time to meet quality objectives and project deadlines.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Quality Engineering (Level I)
  • 3-5 years of experience in Quality Engineering (Level II)

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in aerospace industry preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Quality Inspections: Perform routine inspections of products and processes to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
  • Document Inspection Results: Accurately record and maintain detailed reports of quality assessments and findings.
  • Assist in Quality Improvement: Support senior quality engineers in implementing and monitoring quality improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze Standard Issues: Utilize existing procedures to evaluate quality data and identify recurring problems.
  • Maintain Quality Procedures: Follow standardized quality control procedures to achieve project objectives and meet deadlines.
