Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in quality engineering or valve repair/service.
  • Hands‑on experience with PRVs, control valves, or isolation valves.
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality engineering tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple locations and teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in oil & gas or industrial equipment service.
  • Familiarity with major OEM valve brands and repair standards.
  • American Society of Quality (ASQ) certifications (CQE, CQA, CSSGB).
  • Experience with ERP/QMS systems.

Responsibilities

  • Support quality processes for Pressure Relief Valve (PRV), control valve, and isolation valve repair and testing.
  • Ensure adherence to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) repair standards and customer specifications.
  • Participate in internal, supplier, and customer audits.
  • Lead or support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Review repair documentation, test reports, and quality records.
  • Support supplier qualification and incoming inspection activities.
  • Analyze defect trends and recommend preventive actions.
  • Partner with OPEX on continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with customer investigations and warranty evaluations.
