Collaborate with interdepartmental teams to develop and implement Statistical Process Control (SPC) procedures and conduct Process Capability Analysis (e.g., Cp/Cpk metrics) for proactive process monitoring. Interpret engineering drawings and apply GD&T principles to ensure precise product conformance and dimensional accuracy. Utilize tools such as Minitab, Digital QMS platforms, or other quality software to perform advanced data analysis, predictive modeling, and insightful reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance with customer specifications and regulatory requirements, including audits and documentation. Partner with other departments to conduct root cause analysis (e.g., 8D methodology), implement corrective and preventive actions, and drive continuous improvement projects. Develop and execute inspection and validation processes using CMM and other metrology equipment, incorporating emerging digital tools for efficiency. Communicate findings, recommendations, and status updates effectively with customers, suppliers, and team members to foster transparency and alignment. Develop and deliver internal training procedures and programs in compliance with ISO standards and company policies, promoting a culture of quality excellence.
