About The Position

As an AI-first Quality Engineer to accelerate the reliability and velocity of our mobile product releases. You will own the evolution of our mobile test automation platform, leverage generative AI and intelligent tooling to reduce manual effort, and define quality strategies that scale across iOS and Android. You will also collaborate with the rest of the quality engineering team to assist with the maintenance, building, and testing of other aspects of the application. This is a technical role that requires knowledge in automated testing, a deep understanding of testing methodologies, and the ability to work with other engineers in achieving the highest standards of quality.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Software, Test, QA Engineering roles.
• Strong technical background in automation and infrastructure as code.
• Strong ability to explain deep technical concepts to all levels of experience.
• Experience with mobile automation frameworks such as Appium or Detox.
• Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent collaboration with a broad range of functional areas.
• Bachelor of Science degree preferred but equivalent experience will be considered.
• Experience with .NET, C# and automation frameworks and/or tools such as Typescript, Selenium, Playwright, etc.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for both functional and non-functional testing.
• Implement best practices for test automation to ensure efficiency, scalability, and maintainability.
• Continuously explore and integrate cutting-edge automation techniques to improve the overall testing process.
• Assist in maintaining and improving the testing infrastructure, including supporting continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Collaborate with the development and operations teams to streamline the testing environment and ensure seamless integration with the development lifecycle.
• Monitor the infrastructure to ensure effective operation.
• Define and implement comprehensive strategies that cover the full spectrum of testing needs.
• Ensure testing methodologies align with industry best practices and comply with the organization's quality standards.
