The quality engineering role is intended to ensure the HDM business is upholding all aspects of the quality policy, quality management system (QMS), and ISO9001 certification requirements. This includes working closely with HDM's customers to ensure their needs/issues are addressed, driving the current quality roadmap strategy, and working cross functionally with other departments in the business to drive and support quality expectations. In the first 12 months of this role, the candidate will be expected to lead a team of 4 Quality Engineers against current business strategy and goals in current quality manager's absence. After 12 months, the candidate is expected to be a lead individual contributor for the strategic vision of the organization.
