Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 1+ year of relevant experience, or 3-4 years of technical experience with a professional certification.
• 2-4 years of experience in a quality engineering role in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead problem-solving teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status required (ITAR compliance).

Nice To Haves

• Certifications: CQE, CQA, Six Sigma, or Lead/Internal Auditor credentials.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100, and AS13100.
• Experience with FMEA, PPAP/APQP, IQ/OQ/PQ, CAPA methods, and audit processes.
• Minitab proficiency and experience with process validation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support value streams, customers, and internal teams with issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Disposition nonconforming products and manage the Material Review Board process.
• Collect and analyze quality data; support process evaluations and defect reduction strategies.
• Drive standardization and process improvement aligned to AS9100 and move toward AS13100 compliance.
• Lead and participate in internal and external audits.
• Recommend and implement enhancements to quality systems and documentation.
• Provide project leadership on quality-related initiatives.
