About The Position
The position involves developing and implementing technical quality solutions to optimize production and assembly processes. The role requires conducting and overseeing quality checks and inspections of designated products or manufacturing processes, making decisions regarding the blocking of suspect or defective parts or products, and coordinating with management to address customer complaints and manage related costs. Additionally, the position includes managing and analyzing customer warranty cases to determine root causes and corrective actions, implementing and verifying the application and effectiveness of quality standards and initiatives, and supporting the preparation and conduction of internal and external audits. Collaboration with local Quality Management and Quality Customer Service teams to initiate corrective actions is also essential, along with creating customer deviations for parts outside of standard and assisting the inspection department with quality equipment troubleshooting.
