Key Responsibilities: As a Quality Engineer (Tester, Manual), you will be responsible for ensuring solution quality by executing manual tests against defined requirements, user stories, and expected behavior. Your day-to-day activities will include designing test cases, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating with delivery teams to ensure reliable, user-ready releases. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of Agile Testing experience
- High school diploma or GED
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's or associates degree
- Advanced proficiency in Atlassian JIRA
- Advanced proficiency in Application Quality Analysis, Manual Testing, Quality Control (QC), and Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Testing
Responsibilities
- Execute detailed manual test cases to validate software functionality and ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Analyze test results to identify patterns and recurring issues, contributing to continuous improvement of testing processes.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to communicate defects and support timely resolution.
- Contribute to the refinement of testing strategies and participate in knowledge sharing within the team.
- Support the team by providing insights and feedback to enhance overall product quality and user experience.
