Currently hiring Technicians for the below shift: Shift C – 6am to 6pm Week 1: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday Week 2: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday How will you make an impact? Support to the Quality Engineer and all Inverter activities, supporting Inverter TLA (Top Level Assembly), represent the quality function of technical support, in conjunction with other internal support groups, regarding issues affecting manufacturing on global customer accounts.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred not required or equivalent experience and 2~3 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must have IPC-610 which is critical.
  • Familiar with boxbuild process.

Responsibilities

  • NPI production build follow up such as ECN confirmation, Build summary data collection, etc.
  • Handling production line incidents such as non-conformance, MRB, FAI, line audit etc.
  • Quality and product document preparation based on customer requirements.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to Quality Control inspectors to enhance their product quality decision-making.
  • Interface and provide technical support on quality issues with the customer as needed.
  • Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
  • Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
  • Additional tasks may be assigned as needs change.
