Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a quality department
  • Inspection experience
  • Computer hardware knowledge
  • ISO auditing experience or knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 1400
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office applications including outlook, Word, excel and Power point with strong bias towards Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to focus throughout working day
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative and analytical support to the quality department
  • Records data accurately and creates quality analysis reports and quality KPI’s
  • Prepares both external and internal reports / KPIs
  • Advanced Excel user with good all-round MS Office tools capability
  • A comprehensive understanding of the components and the method of their assembly
  • Maintains records and KPIs for all aspects of non-conforming material
  • Managing non-conforming material recovery and the respective records and KPIs
  • Supporting in all aspects of RMA
  • Maintains all aspects of document registration
  • Maintains and supports in all aspects of the ISO Intranet
  • Assists with the preparation of ISO Documentation and document management
  • Maintains files for the department
  • Must be flexible in their approach to work and tasks to meet the needs of the business.
