About The Position

The Quality Systems Engineer role is ensuring our products meet aerospace quality standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality systems that support continuous improvement, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• HS Diploma/GED AND 5+ years of experience in Aerospace industry (mechanical).
• Or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any other related field and minimum 3 years in Aerospace industry (mechanical).
• MSFT Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
• Dimensional Inspection and GD&T
• GAGE, R&R, SPC, PFMEA, PPAP
• Experience with AS9100 systems.
• Experience with internal audits, customer audits, and NADCAP audits.

Responsibilities

• Quality Systems AS 9100: Internal Audits, Customer Audit, Corrective Actions, Continuous Improvement, performance reports and metrics, supplier management, and FOD program.
• AS13100 - MSA (gage R&R), PFMEA, PPAP.
• Product Verification: Contract Review, Manufacturing router review, special processes review, inspection (FAIR), and shipment release (Source, DSQR/DQR).
