About The Position

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Quality Engineer who brings energy, curiosity, and strategic thinking to the table. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining Toyota’s best-in-class genuine parts program while collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for improving and maintaining quality systems that support Aftermarket Warehouse and Service Parts needs, as well as customer requirements—driving results through coaching, collaboration, and cross-functional support. You’ll lead quality initiatives, drive process improvements, and ensure that every part and process meets the high standards Toyota is known for. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 8 + years of experience in a related role.
  • 2 + years of experience in a related quality-focused role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with Power BI data visualization.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with suppliers.
  • Ability to multitask, adapt quickly to change, and act decisively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead corrective and preventive action plans through effective problem-solving and cross-functional coaching.
  • Partner with suppliers and logistics teams to enhance quality systems, resolve discrepancies, and reduce risks.
  • Conduct supplier audits to evaluate process capability and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Organize and analyze data using Microsoft Power BI and Excel to visualize trends and drive informed decisions.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement by developing and implementing process enhancements.
