About The Position

This Quality Engineering Position supports the AMMM Quality team in meeting program objectives and interfacing with customers. The role includes: Customer interface in communicating program performance, continuous improvement initiatives & fielding customer concerns/needs Root cause, corrective action, and closeout for production program issues Data integrity & analytics Program level metrics and communications Facilitation of customer engagements Production floor integration Supporting and Leading Corrective Action Boards

Requirements

Bachelors degree from an accredited college
Proficient in Blueprint Reading
Interpretation of Engineering Process Specifications
Knowledgeable level RCCA ensuring effectiveness of CA plans.
Knowledgeable in surveillance of QMS / manufacturing processes.
Project Management skills
Experience working in a production environment

Nice To Haves

C-130J product knowledge/build area experience
Familiarity with C-130J systems to include SFM, Apriso, DIMS, etc.
Green belt and Six Sigma certification is a plus.
Knowledge of RCCA/PFMEA/APQP
Proficient in Microsoft office applications
High energy, self-starting, team player who achieves goals
Effective written and oral communication skills
Self-starter with effective time management skills
Experience in programming/data visualization using Tableau, Python, VBA or similar programs
